Andy started his career in Hollywood on the business side of the entertainment industry. He learned the importance of client relationships and growing the bottom line. He started Roundtree to help businesses create and manage strategies for the digital age. He gets an adrenaline rush by helping clients get a solid return on their investment. He also likes to remind people he used to work for Matchbox20.
Director of Operations
Leah loves people and organization. At Roundtree, she gets to integrate these passions in her role as Director of Operations, organizing people and projects! In her career, she’s done everything from running the front office for the nation’s largest home builder to most recently coordinating an event for hundreds of people weekly. Leah knows how to keep the trains running on time. She likes to remind people she once hosted a party at Paramount Studios in LA.
With over a decade of experience in both managing creative teams and running a freelance design business, Allison gets our projects off the ground. A self-professed dreamer with an insatiable curiosity and drive for constant improvement, Allison brings innovation and quality control to our deliverables. She likes to remind people she builds a mean fort for her boys at least once a day.
MARY CLAIRE ROBERSON
Director of Design
Mary Claire makes our clients look good. She brings concepts to life through visual design. A former NCAA soccer player, Mary Claire is relentless in helping clients reach their goals. She likes to remind people about her brief appearance in The Carter, a documentary on hip-hop artist Lil Wayne.
Director of Digital Products
James is all about the numbers. Having studied economics in college, he understands the importance of maximizing return on investment. He helps build new websites and tracks the traffic to these sites, keeping clients up to date with data-driven results. He also likes to remind people that he hates bananas and loves Chinese food.
Digital Advertising Specialist
Luke works to ensure clients get the most out of their digital ads. His passion for analytics helps him create relevant reports, and his care for the details gives all of our client’s ad campaigns the attention they deserve. Luke also likes to remind people he’s never tasted coffee.
